JumpLite Tech is a 501c3 nonprofit California organization built around a simple belief: technology should lift people up, not leave them behind. We serve the people most often overlooked in the rush toward an AI-driven world — seniors learning to navigate modern devices, youth preparing for the jobs of tomorrow, immigrant families building new lives, and small businesses trying to stay competitive. For each of these communities, real digital inclusion is the difference between participating in the digital economy and being shut out of it.

Why does this matter so much right now? Because the gap is widening fast. As essential services — healthcare, banking, government benefits, even job applications — move online, anyone without the right skills or support gets left further behind. We focus on practical AI literacy so people understand the tools shaping their lives, and on cybersecurity training for seniors so the most targeted group can recognize scams, protect their identities, and use technology with confidence rather than fear. Every workshop, mentorship session, and one-on-one lesson is designed to turn anxiety into capability.

What makes JumpLite Tech different is how close we stay to the communities we serve. We offer free tech education Los Angeles residents can actually access — hands-on, patient, and judgment-free, meeting people where they are instead of expecting them to come to us. We pair human teaching with modern AI tools, keep our programs at little or no cost, and measure success by confidence gained, not just classes taught. As a registered nonprofit, every donation and volunteer hour goes directly toward expanding access, funding devices, and building curricula that keep pace with a rapidly changing world.
